Frequently Asked Questions

  • How do I know which treatment is best for my skin concerns?

If you aren't sure, just book a consultation with a peel, that will give us the time we need to determine what your skin care needs are.

  • Are your treatments suitable for all skin types?

Not all skin is the same. Many of our services are advanced and in depth, so it is safest to consult with us prior to choosing services. Our service menu will have descriptions of everything and will let you know if prior consultation is necessary.

  • What should I expect during my first visit to your med spa?

Your initial visit will consist of us getting to know each other. A thorough consultation will be done to best understand your goals and timeline. This helps us come up with a comprehensive treatment plan and make sure we know what the best path forward is for you. All technicians manage their own schedules, so we do not have a receptionist, you will be welcomed and collected by your chosen provider.

  • Is there a consultation process before receiving a treatment?

Yes, we like to make sure that all clients know for sure what they are doing that day and what the expectations for aftercare are, so that way there are no surprises for you.

  • How long do the treatments typically last?

Most are an hour, all treatment lengths are visible when booking appointments.

  • Are your products and treatments safe and FDA-approved?

Yes, our lasers and skin tools are all FDA-approved devices.

  • Will I experience any discomfort during or after the treatments?

Our goal is to provide a comfortable experience, however some treatments can be uncomfortable. We are very good at managing discomfort and helping our clients through it.

  • How many sessions are typically required to see results?

Generally, with more advanced procedures, we want to do three sessions because the skin turns over every 21 days or so. If we do advanced treatments 3 times, four weeks apart we are ensuring that we are going to get all the skin cells of the face in their turn over time. Basic skin health is a monthly treatment, and you will see bright and glowy skin immediately.

  • How do I prepare for my appointment?

Coming in makeup-free is best but not required. If you are new to the clinic, we will ask a comprehensive medication list be given in case we are using anything that doesn’t work with medications. Knowing what your skincare routine is like at home will also help us to be able to get you the best results.

  • Are there any post-treatment care instructions I should follow?

We will provide you with whatever post-treatment instructions you need at your appointment, since those change depending on what treatment you do that day.

  • What are the potential risks or side effects of the treatments?

Risks and side effects vary depending on the types of modalities we are going to use. Everyone has different skin, so we have a comprehensive list of possible risks and side effects for every treatment we provide, and we will thoroughly go through them with you.

  • Do you offer packages or discounts for multiple treatments?

Yes, but we tailor them to the client. Since all clients are different we want to build customized packages and memberships for that person.
